Saving Outlook Emails as Attachments in TBS2

If you use Outlook and have an email message that you wish to save as an attachment against - for example - a booking in TBS (it can work with any of the attachment lists), then simply drag the email from Outlook and drop it onto the attachment list in TBS :

After dropping the email on the attachment list, TBS will store the email and add it with a generic title :

You can of course then edit this entry to rename the email with something more appropriate if you wish ! However any user with access to the attachments can now open that email and view its contents (complete with any attachments) in their own Outlook

Note : if you have a mixed network of Macs and PC's currently the '.msg' format that is used to save these emails will not open on a Mac - don't complain to TBS, complain to Microsoft !!
