Explanation of Diary View in TBS3

We have now introduced a new 'diary' component in TBS3. There are 2 principal styles available

For the standard view of items available, using the 'Diary Of An Item' option, you have 2 choices for your result view....

The 'Show' button returns the list of bookings involved as it previously did, but the new 'Diary' button now returns a calendar screen for the results

The Diary option defaults to showing you a month view with the quantity of the item that is available on each day chosen (so a fast lookup) :

Switching to the 'other' month view, changes the display to a closer imitation of the old style 'Planboard' :

Note : you can 'minimise' the allocation view to simply show you the availability per day - shortly we will therefore allow for multiple description lines here :

The 'Studio' Diary View in TBS3

For our clients who also do 'room booking' we have also introduced a 'vertical' calendar :

Note in this view there are buttons available against each entry to delete or edit the booking directly.

Switching to the 2 days view shows your studio schedules side by side :

Switching to the week view shows your studio schedules combined day by day :

Switching to the month view shows your studio schedules in a more standard calendar view :
